ADSS = All Dielectric Self Supported
It is an entirely dielectrical cable of telecommunication. without metal component, self-supported, containing one or more optical fibers.
Usually used on overhead networks, these cables can be installed on various support:· Energy transmission network towers
ADSS Anchor clamps or strain clamps are designed to tension all dielectric self supported round cables. Applied in telecommunication or energy construction lines.
FOCA anchor clamps for ADSS cable are made of high strength plastic,stainless steel wire, high level aluminum materials. To make the clamp with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. For different cable diameters, we have a series anchor clamps to fit them, for 3mm-20mm ADSS cable range.
Whole ADSS anchor clamps consist of:
-Flexible stainless steel bail.
-UV resistance & Fiber glass reinforced plastic body and wedges, or aluminum body and plastic wedges.
All the clamp has to meet the customers’ requirements and will pass a serious test such as max tensile strength, UV resistance, Anti-corrosion etc.
